Nintendo President Shuntaro Furukawa stated on a recent earnings call. In the most current fiscal year, which concluded in March 2023, Nintendo sold 18 million Switch systems. It brought the platform's total sales to more than 125 million. The Nintendo Switch is now the third most popular video game console, trailing only the Nintendo DS (which sold over 154 million units) and the PlayStation 2 (which sold over 155 million).
