Celebrities are leaving Twitter and moving towards other social media platforms as Elon Musk, the billionaire businessman, takes control of the popular site. Sara Bareilles is the latest celeb to join the chorus. The artist who won the Grammy awards wrote on Sunday that this platform (Twitter) was not for her and wants to connect to her fans and friends via other platforms.
The SpaceX owner closed the Twitter takeover deal at $44 billion last Thursday.

Bareilles, known for “Love Song” and “Waitress,” followed the trend of some other power players choosing to leave the platform after its takeover by the Tesla CEO.
